Hi, I'm Sarah, a digital product designer in the Twin Cities.
My background is in using human-centered design to bring people together across the globe. My most recent position is at OneVillage Partners, where we transform the lives of rural communities in Sierra Leone, West Africa through community-led development. I lead user experience design to match the human-centered approach, including developing content for donors, grants, and sponsors.
I graduated from the bootcamp at The Makery, where I strengthened my skills of UX/UI Design, by developing a new website for Cookie Cart, a local non-profit. I led strategy, research and design to increase their sales of cookies by 20%. To further this strategy, I designed, prototyped, and tested the website in preparation of a rollout in the near future.
I am originally from Colorado, and have traveled to many countries, including 4 of the 7 continents. My diverse insights have helped me to embrace all cultures and incorporate that inclusivity into my designs. In addition to my design work, I love yoga, drawing, tacos, baking, and sports.
